Dave Allen is a technology professional. Prior to establishing this company in 2001 he worked for large financial institutions managing their customer interaction technology - call centers, web sites, etc.

He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree focused on Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Information Systems.
